To ensure quality, we have more than 10 QC members to carry out strict inspection at each stage: incoming inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC) and final inspection (FQC).

1.Checking the materials: such as checking wood water content and making the seasoning accordingly, for steel doors checking the steel sheet weight , size , anti rust or not and so on . The IQC also should check the screws , the doors locks quality , the handles quality , the paint brand and so on . We should confirm use the best materials in the first step .
2.Checking the size :for the doors size is the most important , the IPQC will check the size is same with client orders ,all the size should be within a certain amount of error as client required .
3.Checking the color:the IPQC should check the color is the same with the client required , and the sales much confirm the color board with the client , in this way avoid the mistakes of color difference.
4.Checking the assembling: when assembling the doors , the IPQC should check the details again , they should confirm all the details is same with the client required .such as the doors locks ,handles ,hinges ,and so on .
5.Checking the finished doors : when the doors is finished , and the FQC should check all the detail again , and take photos for client confirm , if any where not good ,and should remake it again .after the client say the quality is ok and then start package .
6.Checking the package: when everything is ok , and the doors will be packaged use client shipping marks ,on it should mark the L or R as client required .
7.Check the container loading: when loading container , the FQC should check again the package cartons is broken or not , if cartons is broken then should change new ones . And also need check again all the doors parts is what the client ordered .
