2.Q: What kind of door you produce?
A:We have several workshops to produce steel door, wooden door, PVC door, stainless steel door, and Aluminum door.
3.Q: Which kind of test reports do your products have?
A: Our products successfully pass BS476, Q-MARK, CE, ISO9001, ISO14001, SONCAP.
4.Q: How can you guarantee your sales’ quality?
A: To control quality, we have four testing procedures: initial inspection, re-inspection, final inspection and sampling inspection. Our products are certificated by CE, TUV, BV. Also, ISO14000, ISO9001 for quality management system. What’s more, we are one of Top10 Brand of China Door Industry. Due to high quality raw material and super priority in painting, we have 98% repeat orders from our old customers.
5.Q: What is your delivery date?
A: It depends. Normally, 20-35 days after received the deposit and confirmed all the details
6.Q: What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?
A: Usually, T/T 30% deposit to start production, the balance paid before shipping
The term of condition can be FOB, CIF or C&F. For The payment terms, usually we accept only T/T in advance or L/C at sight.
7.Q: What preferential terms you could give me if I increase the order’s quantity?
A:The price will discount some. More QTY, more discount.
8.Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: 1*20 ft container to confirm your quality. Special quantity connect with us. but one sample is acceptable for quality checking.
9.Q: Can we mix the 20ft container?
A: Yes, if the items are meet our min order qty.
10.Q: Can you help customers to source other supplier & products?
A: Sure, we’d like to source suppliers & products for you with 2-3% commission. We can help you to do factory audit, goods inspection and control products quality.
11.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Wuyi, Zhejiang, China, near Yiwu, Hangzhou and Shanghai. Two ways coming here:
• Fly to Yiwu Airport and we will pick you up there
• Go to Jinhua West Station by train, then we would wait for you there. You will be warmly welcomed
12.Q: What’s your capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 10,000 sets if wooden doors one month, 25,000 sets of PVC doors one month and 60,000 sets of steel doors one month.
13.Q: Where is your main market?
A: Our main market is in the Africa, such as Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria, Kenya; Mid East, such as Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Qatar, Sudan, Libya; Europe, such as Russia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Hungry, Slovakia; North America, such as Mexico; Asia, like Vietnam, Thailand, India and so on; South America, e.g., Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Guyana, etc. more than 100 countries
14.Q: Can we use our shipping agent?
A: Yes, you can. We had cooperated with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the prices and service.
15.Q: Your port of shipment?
A: Ningbo ,China
16.Q: How long can I get samples?
A: 10-20 days to send sample via DHL, UPS or other international express
17 Q: Can we use our logo for packing?
A: Sure. Send us your logo via email. We also can make logo to the door.
18 Q:Do you provide distributor or sole agency?
A Yes we do. There are many aspects to discuss before any agency is granted.
19 Q: I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
A: Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter only, we don't accept retail order.
20 Q: Do you have expiry for quotation?
A: Because of fluctuating costs, quotations will apply for one month only.
21 .Q: What's your smaple policy, and how could I get samples from you?
A:We believe that, it may be difficult to make a purchase decision without reviewing the samples. We welcome you to request samples from us and test our quality products.
* Data & Specification
Please provide us the products item number you want, we will confrim with you for the details.
* Sampling Cost:
The customer shall pay the sampling cost and courier charge to our bank account in advance.
Remark: The payment of the sample will be refunded to customer when his order reached our required quantity which will be mentioned when we offer the quotation.
* Shipping Cost/Courier Charge:
We ask for freight charge or freight collect shipping terms for every sample order.
22. Q: How to place an order from you?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order.We need to know the following information for your order:
* Your company name and address, Telephone and Fax numbers, Website if applicable.
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price.
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any.( of course, we can also arrange the transportation for you)
After confirming all the details we need, we will deal with your order at once, so that you can get the goods Asap.
23 Q: What's the price of of shipping of the container, and can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Depending upon the port of delivery, prices vary. Yes we can. You may use our forwarder for your shipping needs.
We accept the courier, air, and ocean shipping. The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
24: Q: Can I use my own logo and design on products?
A: Yes. OEM is welcomed. Depending on the job difficulty and quantity pricing varies. We have our own design department to bear new ideas and creat new designs for your needs. If you want us to design a new style or produce according to your sample. please send your technical informaiton and sample to us. OEM Procedure is a) Technical drawing process: 3 - 5 days after order confirmed; b) Molding process: 25 - 30 days after drawing approved. c) Delivery time: 30 - 45 days depending on quantity.
Logo and or imprints can be printed or made on our products. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package of the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
